I still fall for you everyday...

“I don’t even remember a time when he wasn’t my boyfriend. No one knows me better than Cory. No one knows what it’s been like to go through this more than he does. Feeling like you have that net underneath you allows you to jump higher and go farther, he makes me feel like I can do anything. For the first time in my life, I feel really, really settled and happy. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.”

Love you forever, CM. ♥

And then with Lea Michele, we heard she was interested from our executive producer and director Paris Barclay, who knew her from Glee and working together with Ryan Murphy [creator of Glee and FX’s American Horror Story]. And so it all sort of worked out. We cast her outside the box. She plays a truck stop waitress. You know, tough, tank top, not a smidge of makeup on her. She completely embraced what the show was all about. It’s a show that people want to play different parts on.

girlmworld:

Looks like Lea will appear in Claiborne Swanson Frank's new book “Young Hollywood”.

• About the book
Young Hollywood is a splendid new body of work by portrait photographer and stylist Claiborne Swanson Frank and comes on the heels of her first Assouline book, American Beauty. Swanson Frank photographed sixty of the hottest up-and-coming women in the entertainment industry today—actresses, directors, stylists, and more, from Isabel Lucas and Elisabeth Moss to Mickey Sumner and Amber Heard—drawing inspiration from old Hollywood. Brimming with gorgeous portraits, alongside short texts in the women’s voices, and a foreword by Michael Kors, this beautiful volume captures the essence of what it means to be a starlet in modern-day Hollywood. Who do you consider to be today’s “young Hollywood” and what does that idea mean to you?
It’s the women making their own paths in the industry—these women might be young in years but they’re super sophisticated in their talents. From Lea Michele to Elisabeth Moss to Kate Young, it’s women who juggle it all seamlessly. Whether acting, styling, singing, or directing, they multitask with ease.

Young Hollywood by Claiborne Swanson Frank will be available on September 1, 2014 from Assouline.
